EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is the process of sticking a graphic onto the fabric.  This process starts with the digitizing process where your graphic is turned into stitches for the embroidery machine. Below you can see the most common types of embroidery processes.

FLAT  STITCH

This is the most common technique used in most screen hats that you see.

APPLIQUÉ TWILL

This process is used often in sports jerseys where the twill material has an embroidered edge.
